Friends of the Library

George Hail is looking for a few good friends!
The Friends of the George Hail Library is a group of library patrons who believe in the importance of town libraries and who value their own library, the George Hail. Most members are Warren residents, but membership is open to anyone interested in participating.

The Friends support the library in many ways:

• Help defray the cost of special programs, materials and equipment with your membership dues.
• Volunteer to help out with baking, publicity, fundraising and mailings.
• Assist with book sorting and shelving or help out at annual events like the Book Fair, which is held each Fall or our Christmas programs.
• Serve on the Friends' Council. Address the Warren Town Council on behalf of the library to encourage support and continued funding of the library.
• Show your support by purchasing a canvas tote bag with a splendid view of the Library on it. The tote can be bought at the library for $10.

Membership applications are available at the library, 530 Main Street, Warren, 245-7686.

Yearly dues are between $5 and $10.
