Grief Yoga is a gentle, accessible class using movement, breath, and sound to support emotional release and inner peace. Open to all—no yoga experience required.

Gardening & Landscaping w/ RI Audubon

March 10 @ 6pm
Introduces participants to gardening techniques, design ideas and plant choices for attracting birds, butterflies and other creatures to your yard. Considerations for wind and water as well as use of native plants will be discussed. Tips and techniques for deterring unwanted critters will also be offered.
